Primary Total Knee Arthroplasty for Knee Fractures in Elderly Patients

We performed primary total knee arthroplasty for a supracondylar fracture and a nonunion after high tibial osteotomy in two elderly patients. We have good results and recommend primary total knee arthroplasty for around the knee fractures in elderly people.
